Booking a tempo or goods vehicle traditionally runs on phone calls and local brokers — no fixed pricing, no way to track a vehicle once it leaves, and no record of the booking for either side. The client wanted that entire process to work from a phone.
Our approach
We built a two-sided mobile application: a customer app for booking vehicles and a provider side for accepting and fulfilling those jobs. The core design problem was matching — getting a request in front of the right nearby provider quickly — so the booking flow and the provider's job feed were designed together rather than as separate apps.
